Midtown is perhaps New York`s most famous area .. skyscraper, full speed around the clock, and lots of tourist attractions such as the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, and much more. This area is perfect for you who want to live “in the middle of the action.”

West Village is one of the most beautiful areas in New York. Located on the west side of Manhattan and consists of a lovely mix of streets with tree-lined alleys, beautiful brick buildings, a youthful lifestyle, and a fantastic range of restaurants and cafes.

It is a trendy area within easy walking distance to Central Park, Columbus Circle, Whole Foods Market, Times Square, and Broadway. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and shops in the area…. This is a part of New York that you will love to explore and live in. Hell`s Kitchen is an area with a fantastic selection of restaurants from all corners of the globe. Do not miss visiting and walking along “The High Line,” a former railway track that stretches 2.5 km between Meatpacking and Midtown.

Chelsea is located on the west side of Manhattan. An area full of galleries, tasty restaurants, and exciting shops. The neighborhood consists of nice residential neighborhoods and is a perfect starting point to discover New York!

We are often asked if you can live in Uptown? And we always answer, “Yes, absolutely! But be careful which part of Uptown you choose”. This area is located north of Central Park, and the parts we have apartments in and which we recommend are between 110th to 139th street. Here you have neighborhoods with a lot of character, tasty restaurants, an exciting range of shops, clothing stores, and many beautiful parks. With the subway, you get easily and smoothly down to Manhattan. The big advantage of living in Uptown is that you rent larger apartments and houses at much lower prices.
